Why this team
Capital Shield is a small team by design. We come to crisis simulation from security, risk and technology, and from the same conviction — that the way an organisation makes decisions under pressure is learned by rehearsing it, not by writing it down.
Practitioners, not a template library
Scenario design starts with people who have worked in security, risk and crisis management. What ends up in an exercise is shaped by how these events actually unfold, not by what fits neatly on a slide.
One team, brief to debrief
The same small group scopes the exercise, writes the scenario, runs the white cell and hands back the analysis. Nothing is passed to a subcontractor in the middle.
We build what we run
Foresight is developed in-house, so what a facilitator learns standing in a delivery becomes a change to the platform rather than a request in someone else’s backlog.
